§ 1 Scope, Definitions
- These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all contracts for the purchase of digital products, in particular license keys, downloads and updates for the "BarrierFree" plugin (hereinafter "Plugin"), concluded between

and users of the website barrierfree.site – hereinafter "Customer". - A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

§ 3 Subject Matter of the Contract
- The Provider offers digital products via barrierfree.site, in particular:
- Licenses for the "BarrierFree" plugin for various content management systems (e.g., Joomla, WordPress),
- Extensions, updates and additional modules if applicable,
- Possibly additional services such as support packages, as expressly stated in the offer.
- The source code of the plugin is – unless expressly agreed otherwise – only provided to the extent necessary for the use of the plugin. Further rights, in particular to trademarks, names, logos or other protected content, are not transferred.
§ 4 Conclusion of Contract
- The presentation of products on barrierfree.site does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding product presentation.
- The Customer can submit an offer by going through the order steps provided on the website (e.g., selecting the product, entering data, confirming the payment method) and then clicking on the "Buy now", "Order with obligation to pay" or similar button.
- The Provider can accept the Customer's offer within 5 working days,
- by sending the Customer an order confirmation by email or
- by providing the Customer with the digital content (download link, license key).
§ 5 Prices, Payment Terms
- The prices stated on the website at the time of ordering apply. All prices are in euros and include the statutory value added tax, unless otherwise indicated.
- The available payment methods (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer) are displayed to the Customer during the order process.
- Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
§ 6 Provision of Digital Content
- After successful payment, the Customer receives the ordered digital content, e.g.:
- Download link to the plugin,
- License key to unlock premium features,
- Access to a customer area if applicable.
- Delivery usually takes place immediately after receipt of payment, at the latest within 3 working days.
- The Customer is responsible for providing the technical requirements for downloading and using the plugin (e.g., current version of the respective CMS, compatible PHP version, sufficient server resources).
§ 7 Rights of Use (License)
- Upon full payment, the Customer receives a simple, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the respective purchased plugin to the extent described in the offer.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the license applies:
- for use on one productive domain plus a staging/test environment if applicable,
- for the duration according to the selected subscription (monthly or yearly).
- The Customer may not resell, lease, lend or make the plugin publicly available to third parties without the Provider's consent, insofar as this goes beyond the intended use in their own web presence.
